I really liked the location. I was near several key attractions. the staff was friendly and fast. i appreciated the jacuzzi in my room. THE breakfast selection had varied choices.
the light inside THE room was very dark. the decor seemed a bit dated to me. the view outside my window was not optimal. i think the room price did not fully match the offer.

the complimentary upgrade was a lovely surprise. the location is very convenient being only a short walk from central station. the service at the bar stood out as really good. the room was clean and the jacuzzi was romantic.
i noticed some noise from power tools during fire door upgrades. i had to move to another room because of this noise. this room lacked the character of the original room and its fireplace.

I had a standard double room, but it definitely needed updating. The room felt worn. The location was quite dark because of poor lighting, and that was annoying. The lack of proper maintenance negatively impacted the experience.
